Control panel display:F1:TEMPERATURE SENSOR DISCONNECTED

    Cause: system detects that the temperature sensor is not connected.

    Please check the temperature sensor and its connection. Replace it with a new one if necessary.

Control panel display:F2:TEMPERATURE SENSOR SHORTCIRCUIT

    Cause: the system detects that the temperature sensor is short circuited.

    Please check the temperature sensor and its connection. Replace it with a new one if necessary.

Control panel displayF3:TEMPERATURE IS TOO HIGH

    Cause: the system detects over temperature of the temperature sensor.

    When there is no water or the water flow is too slim in the heating tube, this information may appear while the heater is started to work. Please ensure there is enough water inside the hot tub. If there information appears repeatedly in several days, please contact Service provider or manufacturer

Control panel display:F4:TEMPERATURE IS TOO LOW

    Cause: the system detects that the temperature sensor’s temperature is too low. Please pay attention to freeze proof.

Control panel display:F5:AUTO-RESET THERMOSWITCH OPEN

    Cause: the AUTO-RESET THERMOSWITCH on the heater is disconnected result from over temperature of the heater tube.

    When the heater is started and there is no water or the water flow is too slim inside the heater tube, this error code may appear. Please ensure that there is enough water in the SPA tub and if this error code appears repeatedly in several days. Please contact the service provide or the manufacturer.

Control panel display:F6:MANUAL-RESET THERMOSWITCH OPEN

    Cause: the MANUAL -RESET THERMOSWITCH on the heater is disconnected which indicates that the heating tube is overheated.

    Please contact the service provide or the manufacturer.

Control panel display:F8:EEPROM(MEMORY) ERROR

   Cause: control system detects EEPROM error after power on.

    Please turn off the control system and then repower it on in 10 seconds. If this error code appears again, please contact the service provide or the manufacturer.

Control panel display:F9:SYSTEM SETTINGS ERROR

    Cause: after powered on, the system read the system configuration verification from EEPROM (main board memory) to be incorrect

    Please disconnect the power and wait for 10 seconds to repower the system. If it the problem remains, please contact the service provide or the manufacturer.

    Heating malfunction:Knob blue indicator light flash 3 times

    Water intake overtime:Knob blue indicator light flash 4 times

The water does not spray or the spray intensity is low

    Water inlet hoses are blocked due to bending. Unbend the hoses

    Spray wand spray nozzle is clogged. Clean the spray nozzle.

    Water inlet filter is clogged. Clean the water intake filter.

Water is not warm

    The water temperature is set in normal temperature state. Reset the water temperature

Seat is not warm

    The seat temperature is set in normal temperature state. Reset the seat temperature.

Air is not warm

    The air temperature is set in normal temperature state. Reset the air temperature.

Odor is not removed or deodorization noise is loud

    Deodorization port is clogged by dust.Clean the deodorization box and the deodorization air inlet port. Or change the activated carbon


Solution

Fault one: After ISEO is powered on, the electronic control button backlight does not turn on. Control system does not work. The pump does not run.

Solution:

    1. Please check if the leakage protection switch is properly plugged or not and if the indicator light on the leakage protection switch is on or not.

    2. Please check if the communication cable between the control panel and control box is properly connected.

    3. Power off the control system. When repower it on, within 2 seconds, please check if there is a buzzer sound Di. If yesand the control panel does not start up, then please change the control panel. If no any sound, please replace the control box with item 1 and item 2 checked OK at the first place.

Fault two: ISEO trips immediately when it is plugged into the leak-free socket. But it can work normally if plugged into socket without leakage protection.

Solution:

    1. The leak-free socket is broken. Please change to a new one.

    2. Leakage exists in strong electric loads such as water pump load, air pump load, or thermostat load, etc. Troubleshooting method: please disconnect the pump load by disconnect its live line, null line and ground line. Then plug the system into a leak free socket to see if the ISEO trips or not. If yes, then please implement the trouble shooting by disconnecting other strong electric loads like blower and thermostat in turn.

    3. Please check carefully all the loads since there is no potential leakage source inside the control box.
